Free Shipping

KAROSHOME provides customers with Free Shipping Services on orders over $100.

Shipping Fee

For any order that is below $100, associated shipping costs will be listed on Checkout Page, underneath the pricing details.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. In most cases, orders that are in stock will be shipped the next business day, however, there may be times when it will take longer. Generally, we will ship the item within 48 hours on business days. Orders will be delayed when force majeure occurs. Estimated delivery times are calculated based on business days.

Shipping Location

Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses due to the size and weight of most shipments.

Sales Tax

Aside from any shipping costs, your order will be subjected to sales taxes. We are required to charge these based on specific state and local tax rates.

Note:

As a customer, you are responsible for providing KAROSHOME with the correct mailing address. Karohome will not be held liable for any items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the Customer. KAROSHOME will try to track down the product if it was returned to the sender. Incorrectly provided addresses do not always result in packages being returned. In this scenario, packages are considered LOST or STOLEN after being delivered. As soon as your package has been delivered, KAROSHOME is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. For further assistance, please contact your local Post Office and provide them with your tracking number.
