What is covered?

Accidental damage is not covered by the warranty. For all installation and repair needs, KAROSHOME recommends hiring a professional plumber. In addition, we recommend you use only KAROSHOME replacement parts.

Care and Cleaning Instruction:

Periodic maintenance is required to preserve the finish on KAROSHOME shower systems and accessories. KAROSHOME products should be cleaned with mild soap, rinsing them thoroughly with warm water, and drying with a soft cloth. You should not use cleaners that contain abrasive cleaners, ammonia, bleach, acids, waxes, alcohol, or solvents since they can damage the finish. KAROSHOME's warranty may be voided if you do not follow these cleaning instructions.
