The warranty given by KAROSHOME is limited to the original purchaser of the shower system for its original installation location.

What is covered?

Our goal at KAROSHOME is to provide our customers with the best shower system. Custonmer's satisfaction is our priority. For retail purchasers, we offer 365 days of limited warranty from the date of purchase, but this warranty does not cover business, commercial, or industrial use.
During the first year of purchase, all defective parts and finishes will be replaced. Any part of the shower system that is determined by KAROSHOME to be manufacturing defective will be replaced free of charge.

What is not covered?

KAROSHOME is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse (including misuse of the product for an unintended purpose), freezing water, abuse, neglect, or incorrect or improper installation, maintenance, or repair, including failure to follow the applicable care and cleaning instructions, or natural disasters. Accidental damage is not covered by the warranty. For all installation and repair needs, KAROSHOME recommends hiring a professional plumber. In addition, we recommend you use only KAROSHOME replacement parts.
The company will not be liable for labor charges or damage incurred in installation, repair, or replacement, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, injuries, or costs arising from this shower system.

How can I obtain the warranty services?

A warranty claim requires you to provide photos or videos of the shower system's manufacturing defect. A receipt must also be provided. A sales receipt or other document proving the original purchaser's purchase is required. The KaroHome reserves the right to accept gift receipts at its sole discretion. Care and Cleaning Instruction:

Periodic maintenance is required to preserve the finish on KAROSHOME shower systems and accessories. KAROSHOME products should be cleaned with mild soap, rinsing them thoroughly with warm water, and drying with a soft cloth. You should not use cleaners that contain abrasive cleaners, ammonia, bleach, acids, waxes, alcohol, or solvents since they can damage the finish. KAROSHOME's warranty may be voided if you do not follow these cleaning instructions.
