We understand how disappointing it can be when purchases don't work out, and we do everything we can to make the returns process fast and simple. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days for a prompt refund.

Returns

  1. Please request a refundwithin 30 days after receiving the order. We are unable to refund or exchange any items that have passed 30 days since the date of receipt.

  2. All returned items must be brand new and in their original packaging, unassembled or uninstalled, unused, with no pieces missing, with all original tags and packaging.Unless there are quality issues involved, you must pay for returning or exchanging the item. KAROSHOME reserves the right to deduct the restocking feefrom your refund if the returned item is not in its original packaging/condition or is already damaged. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. We recomcmend you to check the items once they are arrvied . If you receive the wrong order or defected, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Provide a copy of the original order confirmation, confirm the item number & quantity of the defective item(s), and send clear photographs or video illustrating the defect(s). Depending on the situation, we shall refund, exchange, or replace according to your preference within 30 days after receiving the order.

  4. To complete your return, please contact our customer support support@karoshome.com and request RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please note that KAROSHOME will not accept any returns without a RMA number. Defective products or incorrect orders require RMA number.

  5. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

             Refund

            1. Once your return item is received and inspectedthen your refund will be processed. Customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs unless products are defective or incorrect. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that the shipping fee for the order under $100 can not be refund. However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. 

            2. For any eligible refund, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
